The place is clean and the staff are very attentive, but the parking is tiny and the room feels a bit old. When the toilet broke, the staff ignored it; in my room the water kept leaking because the tap wasn’t working properly, so I had to shut off the main valve to stop wasting water.
“Pésima salubridad, deberían clausurar.”
Nothing good. The sheets were yellow from how dirty they were, and when I woke up I had bug bites on the sheets… even a week later I still have itching.

I had been there before and I really like the rooms and the garden. The pool wasn’t heated this time, unlike previous visits when they said it was under maintenance, so we couldn’t use it and it was very cold.
“Lástima que no lo pude disfrutar”
The hotel looked pretty, the food was tasty, the staff were friendly, and the room was the only night I could sleep comfortably and it was nice. However, they should improve protection against rain and flooding and keep training staff on safety protocols and how to act quickly during any emergency or disaster.
