Yunna Hotel Lampung

“Good room, location, kind and helpful staff, clean and big room”

The location is perfect, the staff were helpful and kind, the room facilities are good, and the price matches what I expected. I appreciate the clarity. The standard room, however, doesn’t come with a refrigerator.

I happened to meet the hotel owner at the reception counter; he greeted me and offered the best he could to make my three‑day stay pleasant—he’s a humble and respectful person I met while touring. The staff were good and helpful in a couple of moments. The hotel’s price is affordable with breakfast, which worked well for me in a small hotel. The bathroom cleanliness in my room earned a 4‑star rating. The hotel is surrounded by a shopping mall and good eateries; I really enjoyed a local cuisine lunch. I had to change rooms three times before settling down because the air conditioning was weak. My room also had no creamer for coffee or tea, and the hotel doesn’t provide creamer.

“A nice, comfortable and clean hotel!”

Everyone in town seemed to know Yunna Hotel, which was great. Events were happening that made staying there even more exciting. I liked the staff who went out of their way to help me with problems, like finding the right bus to the next town. I really appreciated that.
