Great location, close to Susukino dining and entertainment; the pillows were an issue.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Susukino Snow Festival site, which was just a 5-minute walk away. However, I found the commute from Sapporo station to be a bit inconvenient, requiring a 2-stop subway ride and a 10-minute walk to the hotel. Overall, the location was a redeeming factor, but the commute could be improved.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues, including an overpriced room that was cramped and poorly lit. The breakfast menu, which consisted of traditional Japanese dishes, didn't quite suit my taste and remained unchanged throughout my two-week stay, forcing me to skip breakfast. The staff were also unhelpful, and the lack of a phone in the room made it difficult to seek assistance in case of an emergency.

The staff at this hotel truly made my stay enjoyable, and I was also grateful for the fact that the public bath was accessible even late at night. Their hospitality really made a big difference.
