I spent a week at this lovely hotel and was really impressed with the friendly and helpful staff - they were always available to lend a hand. The area is super quiet and has loads of amenities nearby, and it's either a 30-minute walk to the city centre or you can use the Grab app to get a ride wherever you want. The location is actually one of the best things about this place, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

I was really impressed with this hotel - the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even when I checked in late. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was really comfy. The only downside was that the hotel didn't have a restaurant or bar on site, but there were plenty of great places to eat and drink just a short walk away.

“no lift”

The hosts here are genuinely warm and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. The other guests are friendly too, which adds to the cozy atmosphere. However, there's a major drawback - no lift, which can be a real challenge for those with mobility issues. It's a shame they didn't mention this in the hotel's description, as it's something that could've been a deal-breaker for me.

This guest house has a lovely charm to it, and the fact that there are no direct views into other rooms is a bonus. The rooms also come with a balcony, which is a nice touch. However, the beds are pretty hard, the cleaning could be better, and the residents seemed to be having a party until 3 am without anyone intervening. To top it off, the guest house is quite far from the center of Chang Mai - it's a 30-minute walk minimum.
