The room was clean and the staff, especially YAKUB, were very welcoming; the beach is tidy with free, available sunbeds and umbrellas, and the beach towels can be changed daily. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and tour agencies on the island, especially the highly regarded LE TRITON restaurant. The Wi‑Fi is unreliable or nonexistent, and the breakfast options are limited.

The room was very spacious, the pool service was good, and the location is great, but we had to travel to Kaani Palm for breakfast and the reception was often understaffed, making it hard to resolve daily questions and issues.

The place was clean and very peaceful, but we had to wait a long time for check‑in; it was 2:00 when we arrived, they didn’t show up to receive us, so we had to call them to pick us up. It was raining, we waited near the jetty, and after we got to the hotel they didn’t offer a welcome drink.
