A private terrace offers mountain views, and the mobile home includes a living room, dining area, seating area and a wardrobe. Two separate bedrooms contain two beds, accommodating up to four guests, while two private bathrooms provide showers and bidets. The unit also features a private entrance.

I had an incredibly memorable stay at Messiah's Ark, and it was probably the highlight of my Srinagar trip. The houseboat's location on the Jhelum river was perfect, as it was quiet and less crowded compared to the densely populated areas near Dal Lake. The host was very responsive and helpful, and the caretaker was kind and accommodating.
Our stay at this houseboat was pleasant, with a clean and spacious living area, a rooftop access, and a helpful caretaker, Devu bhai. The property owner, Suhail, personally handled the electricity issues that arose, which was much appreciated. However, the area's electricity issues made heating difficult, and I wouldn't recommend it for winters.

I was impressed with the excellent location of this houseboat, which is away from the busy part of town but still within walking distance to a nearby market. The bath fittings were also impressive, with hot water available around the clock. However, I didn't have any negative experiences to report.

Although there's no kitchen available, we were able to order food from Swiggy, and the location is within walking distance to main spots like Lal Chowk, Dal Lake, and Polo View Market. Using Uber for local travel was also convenient and affordable. However, I felt that the breakfast options could have been better.

The staff was also very helpful. However, the frequent power cuts at night were a nuisance, and the slow water pressure in the toilet hand shower was inconvenient. Additionally, the toiletries could have been better, and a welcome drink or some snacks would have been a nice touch.
