Avullar Palace Hotel

The apartment was large with a terrace and the shower pressure was great. However, the doors to the terrace were broken and always open, the door handles and tables were broken and sometimes missing. The underfloor heating seemed not to work. The TV didn’t support YouTube. The rugs were dirty and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The fridge had no fake panel and the freezer didn’t close well. There were no shampoos, and the toiletries were provided for only 2 days even though we rented for a week.

“HORORRRRRRR si fugiți de această proprietate , nu are nici o legătură cu pozele”

Nothing was enjoyable. The place smelled horrifically awful, filthy, with water on the floor, the furniture was broken and full of mold, the linens were not washed and smelled dirty. I suspect previous guests stayed here and no one changed them. The pillows smelled like unwashed hair. The living room and kitchen had a putrefaction odor. We tried to sleep in the car but had two small children and brought our own towels to lay on the bed to sleep. HORRORRR…

“War toll”

Everything was wonderful: the staff, the location, the cleanliness. The only downside was that you have to pay for food and drinks.

“Basic but peaceful”

The place was quiet and the staff were friendly, though they didn't speak English. The pool was nice, but the bed linen felt old and we had to empty our own bin, and there wasn't much crockery.
