The staff were very good; the front office was helpful and charming, the F&B person was hospitable, and overall hospitality was excellent.

The place was clean and had plenty of parking, but the toilet and bathroom were too small and oddly shaped, making movement difficult and uncomfortable; breakfast food service was poor, with no refills, tea kept outside the dining area, and many servers who seemed lost and confused.
