Breakfast was excellent; the heated outdoor pool was truly pleasant; the linen was top‑quality and always fragrant; the staff were attentive and helpful; the facilities were very nice and well maintained, with a great smart TV and cozy living rooms with fireplaces; the transfer service was very convenient.

What a delightful hotel! Super cozy, wonderful service! The breakfast felt like those colonial breakfasts from RS. The kombi that takes you to the downtown works great, it was a holiday and there was no line, we used it three times and it was always super calm. The hotel even gave us a City Tour, which was very cool. There’s a charger for electric cars.

The staff were courteous and the rooms were cozy. The bathroom was a bit too small.
