“Excelente”
The hotel’s location is perfect, close to the center and easy to reach all the tourist activities Santa Cruz has to offer. The room was comfortable with A/C, the bathroom was clean and functional, and the breakfast was fantastic. Paola, who greeted me on the first day, was very friendly and helped me get around the city, giving me restaurant and activity recommendations – an excellent, professional person. Nothing was missing; everything exceeded my expectations.
