The structure is solid, but the meals lack variety for those who prefer à la carte. The music volume is too loud; a farm‑hotel should offer calmness. The TV didn’t work at all, so I couldn’t watch any free channels, and the Wi‑Fi signal was very weak.

The place looks nice, yet it’s poorly maintained with no upkeep. There’s a fishing spot on the lake that’s a real danger—I even filmed it. Horse riding should be banned because the animals are mistreated. On the road there are no signs to show how to get there.

I booked a second‑floor room with a balcony for a higher price, but when I arrived with my husband, the room I’d chosen wasn’t available. I had to move to a lower floor where strangers walked past my door and window, so privacy was nonexistent. The wait to fix it was unpleasant; Ricardo was nowhere to be found and his wife couldn’t offer a solution. Also, the paddle boat wasn’t working, and there was no guide to help with fishing—just a stray animal. Despite all that, I still enjoyed the natural surroundings during my stay.

The owners are so friendly they make you feel at home, but it took a while for the buffet to restock the missing proteins.

Renata, the manager, is fantastic—she’s really good. The hotel’s facilities still need maintenance: the sauna, hot tub, etc., were unusable.
