The room was completely different from what we remembered. We didn't get a double bed even though they promised one because the hotel was fully booked. Worse, the room hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests—their underwear was still in the room. Imagine walking in and seeing someone else's bra and underwear! The receptionist only replied, "Ah, okay, thanks for letting us know." The pool water was cold, and the jacuzzi was no different—though a jacuzzi usually means warm water, which it wasn't. :(

“Polecam na weekendowy mazurski wyjazd”

The hotel was very charming and the interior looked nice. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. Parking spots were available. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. After leaving for the lake, the pier was nice and the views were beautiful. We were missing a towel, but after reporting it, one was brought right away. The outdoor part of the restaurant was very cute and inviting. The rooms definitely needed a refresh, especially the bathrooms, but they were clean and spacious. A big drawback was sleeping on the lower floor (-1) where the constant water noise from the pipes was very loud, especially evenings and nights—sleepers with sensitivity to noise should avoid it. Unfortunately, on the only day we could use the spa, all massages were already booked. There were also no massage prices listed on the website. We were given a shared terrace, so the person stepping out could see the whole neighboring room; curtains were needed, but their quality was poor, suggesting a switch to heavier ones.

Everything was fine, clean, pleasant, and the breakfasts were tasty. The staff were lovely and helpful.
