“Absolutely exceptional stay — stunning residence, flawless cleanliness, and outstanding service”
Our stay at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences was exceptional from start to finish! Everything exceeded our expectations, but the cleanliness and attention to detail were truly out of this world. A special mention to Kismet, the housekeeping team leader, and the entire housekeeping team. They took exceptionally good care of us throughout our stay. It was the smallest details that really made a difference — placing microfiber cloths under our watches and glasses, leaving water on the bedside tables, and making sure everything was always perfectly arranged. These thoughtful touches did not go unnoticed and really showed how much care goes into the service. The check-in and check-out were both incredibly smooth, and throughout our entire stay we constantly felt taken care of. The service is attentive and thoughtful without ever feeling intrusive. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, and equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a longer stay. It genuinely feels like a luxurious home rather than simply a hotel apartment, and the attention to detail in the design is exceptional. We also loved that food deliveries are handled by the residence staff — they receive the delivery and bring it directly to your apartment, so there is no need to go downstairs. We honestly cannot recommend Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences enough. From the beautiful apartment and incredible cleanliness to the outstanding service and attention to detail, everything was exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again
