The room and lobby were clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, but there was a strange odor in the hotel, as if it was flooding, and the huge industrial fans on the floor were blowing. The temperature fluctuated, some spots were hot, others cold, and I couldn’t figure out why.

The check‑in lady and the check‑out lady were both great, and the cleanliness was amazing, but I was annoyed when housekeeping knocked on my door three times before 10 am. I’ve never checked out late from this Hilton hotel in the past year, so it made no sense to keep knocking an hour before the 11 am checkout. If they need to remind guests, a single knock at 10:30 would have sufficed.

We booked a spontaneous escape and it was exactly what we needed; I’d stay again and tell friends and family. At check‑in, we waited because our room wasn’t ready and had to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes.
