The room was super comfy and clean, the bar and dining area were cozy and full of character, the meals—especially the scampi and Sunday lunch—were fantastic, and the staff were amazing; I’d highly recommend it, and we found nothing to dislike.

It was an absolutely wonderful, beautifully decorated pub with a lovely outdoor sunny seating area, fabulous staff, and exceptional food, so highly recommended; the only slight flaw was cobwebs above our bed and on the wardrobe side, which rattled my spider phobia and disrupted sleep, but overall the room was lovely.

The staff were friendly and the food was nice, but paint peeled off the bathroom door and wallpaper was lifting.

The pub vibe is friendly, the staff are helpful, the atmosphere is nice, tables in the restaurant come with linen cloths and napkins, the bedrooms are comfortable and quiet, and breakfast is well cooked; however, there’s no muesli, natural yoghurt, or fresh fruit at breakfast.
