The hotel was very well located; a monitored parking lot was nearby; the room was comfortable and clean; the breakfasts were best avoided (long wait, order mistakes, schedule not respected, not very good), the noise required earplugs because the hotel faces a shopping street or a courtyard with barking dogs at night, and as in all hotels, bring a mask for the night because there are no blackout curtains.

The location right next to the artisan market and cafés is great. The bathroom, bedding, and towels were very clean, and hygiene products were supplied. The staff were extremely kind and welcomed us at a very late hour (23h45). The mattress was very hard and the bed was very small. That night it was super cold inside the room, even colder than outside, and I don’t understand how that’s possible; a thicker, larger blanket would have been necessary.

This is simply the best place to stay during your visit to Otavalo! It is in the perfect location, has the nicest staff, great Wi-Fi, super clean, comfy bed, on-site restaurant, warm water, a fully-equipped kitchen for guest use, sitting areas inside and outside of the kitchen, sitting areas downstairs and upstairs! This is a great place to meet other people. We had a group of seven go out one evening to watch the Inti Raymi celebration and we had a great time together!

The receptionist’s service was impeccable, very respectful and attentive, and the location is perfect, close to everything and safe. I liked everything, have no objections, just congratulations; traveling alone I felt secure.
