Henann Park Resort

“We enjoyed our stay. The resort was very nice and comfortable. It was extremely clean and well kept.”

The breakfast was pretty good, the room was a very good size, and the resort was extremely clean and well kept; they brought us amenities daily. Henna Alona Resort in Bohol was our favorite 5‑star resort for the foods offered, and it was located on the beach. I wished there would have been more American dishes; they never had bacon, only sausage at the breakfast buffet. We didn’t care too much about the location; we thought it was closer to the beach. Had we known they had one on the beach we would have booked that instead. Unfortunately we had typhoon weather the week we stayed and didn’t get a chance to swim at the beach, only to walk and shop there. Otherwise we still enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel, staff and services; the breakfast buffet was outstanding. There was no direct access to the beach despite the high price one would expect to include beach access.

The gym, water refill station, towel and mat usage, and decent breakfast were all great. It felt a bit awkward having to register my visitors; I understand the safety reason, but it still felt off.

Overall I liked staying at Hennan Park – everything was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant, the food was good and the service acceptable; what I didn’t like was seeing the waitstaff use a trolley to clear tables at lunch and especially at dinner, which seemed to clash with hygiene standards as the carts moved back and forth through unsuitable areas, undermining the restaurant’s image, and the buffet was constantly empty even after trying three times. Aside from those issues, everything else was fine.
