“Avoid”

The location was good, right on the main road so easy to get around to most places, and the staff were nice and very friendly. It was a last‑minute booking because my flight to Jakarta was cancelled by a volcano eruption, but the room looked nothing like the pictures; it smelled of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non‑smoking, and the room and toilet looked dirty. The walls needed new paint and the furniture needed replacement. Luckily I only stayed for one night, so I managed, but I would not stay there again.

Unfortunately, my room was in need of some maintenance, with a noticeable lack of upkeep. This was a bit of a letdown, but I didn't have any other major issues to report.

“Thanks to all friendly staff. They knew that their facilities is below standart. Think again if you want to stay here”

The only redeeming quality of this hotel was the helpful staff, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to save the hotel from its numerous issues. The hotel was in a state of disrepair, and it seemed like they were still in the process of renovating. I was also concerned about the well-being of the staff, as I'm sure they must have been dealing with a lot of complaints.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which started with the misleading pictures of the swimming pool. The reality was far from what I expected. To make matters worse, there was no hot water for the shower, and the TV channels were not in English. It was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
