Our accommodation included breakfast, but we unfortunately couldn’t get to it. The staff pleasantly surprised us at check‑out with generous breakfast packages. 👍

After a long journey we wanted to use the wellness area, so we chose this hotel because it offered that service. They sent us a message saying I’m entitled to a free wellness service, which was included in the room booking. At arrival the front desk informed us that the wellness is closed on Sunday and Monday, information that wasn’t on the website. Another experience: when I said goodbye in English at check‑out, the receptionist recited everything in Slovak, and when I said I didn’t understand, she repeated it in English, but it happened for every sentence. I think it’s unnecessary to waste guests’ time like that, because most Hungarians don’t understand Slovak!

Зупинились вперше. Чудовий, чистий готель. Сучасний ремонт. Великий, просторий душ. Зручне ліжко. На території велика парковка. На рецепції приємні, гостинні, гарні працівниці готелю! Однозначну раджу всім
