I really enjoyed my stay at Résidences Les Hauts de l’Indénié; the staff were attentive throughout, especially Kouamé for his warm welcome and Rose for the quality of her cooking, which made the experience very pleasant. Everything went well.

The breakfast was nice and the staff who served it were friendly, and the hotel sits well on the Plateau. Unfortunately, the room we received was not the family studio we booked but a twin room, and the receptionist couldn’t locate our reservation or its details. We asked to change rooms twice and each time ran into issues: one room was already occupied, forcing us to disturb other guests, and the second still didn’t match what we’d requested. They tried to charge us more than the rate we had booked and even wanted us to pay for breakfasts that were supposed to be included. The floor was filthy – black socks appeared within two minutes – and there was only a tiny towel for four people. The front desk gave completely contradictory information; our friends had booked a shuttle from the airport, but we were told no shuttle existed, even though one was waiting at the airport, forcing us to order a Yango instead. The whole operation was chaotic, though the staff remained courteous and helpful despite being clearly confused.
