The location is good, the neighborhood is safe, the room gets cleaned and sheets changed daily (maybe let guests choose to change sheets every other day?), but the shower leaked from both the top and bottom, the tower looks worn out and needs replacement, and the yard-facing room gets little sunlight.

I didn't have breakfast. I thought the price was too high for a relatively small bedroom. I've done a lot of business travel and, while the hotel location was excellent, I expected more for the price given the room size. The website is a good marketing pitch. I looked at other apartments, so this wasn't a room with a view. But it is Paris. Merci. The room was on the top floor looking into another building, and the room size was for two.

The location is good, but the breakfast was lacking and there was no Spanish-speaking staff to try to help us.

The staff were very friendly, especially Luis. The location is good. However, as is common in Paris, the room is small and offers little storage.
