SPA HOTEL Gora

I was shocked by the prices of the rooms, even considering the hotel's spa facilities. It didn't justify the cost for the room I booked.

“Не Гора а «горбок»”

The hotel's location on the hill offered great views and easy access to popular areas in Bukovel. The panoramic restaurant and outdoor pool were also highlights. However, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service - we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to take our order in the restaurant, and there was no room service available. The room was missing basic amenities like a refrigerator and even water, and the corridors were narrow and poorly lit.

The breakfasts were excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and well-maintained.

I had a wonderful stay at the "Gora" hotel - it's a place I'd love to return to. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and homey. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large and comfortable bed. The spa area was a highlight, offering a perfect spot for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel from the heart!
