The hotel's prime location allowed me to easily explore the surrounding area, with numerous attractions, shops, and restaurants within walking distance

“It's okay for a last-minute booking”
It was close to most of the amenities, but I think it’s a bit expensive and the restaurant I used twice during my stay… the food isn’t worth what they charge. The restaurant looks busy, and that’s because there are no decent places to dine nearby.
The staff are 😊, but the towels aren’t cleaned and the room wall is a full mess. Very dirty.
I appreciated the customer service, but the food options were very limited for a vegetarian.
Absolutely a cheat… the rating of 8.4 is a cheat. Nothing in the hotel meets any good standards except the location. All facilities are below average starting from the room, toilets, and the lift. I was given room no. 503, the lift only goes up to the 4th floor. The breakfast was hopeless. I booked for 3 days but checked out after 2 days. No toiletries in the bathroom. The room service was pathetic. The tea arrived after 40 minutes. I’d like to write more. Wish the management were sent for refresher training to learn what hospitality really means. Alas they forgot the basics. Only the location.
The stay was solid, but the complimentary breakfast had a limited vegetarian selection, and it began at 8.30 am, which felt too late for our work schedule that starts at 7.30 am. I also had to ask for fresh towels because the ones left in the bathroom were already used.
