Nothing positive, because I left the hotel on Sunday 13 September. The breakfast was mediocre, the equipment basic, and there was no hot water even though I had warned the hotel manager. This is the first time I've checked out before the scheduled date; I asked the owner for a refund for all four nights, but she only offered these excuses… so I moved to another hotel in town to finish my stay.

This is my favorite place to stay in Loja, a very nice and cozy environment with a super central spot near many great coffee shops! I’m a bit sensitive to noise, and having the room close to the street was a bit annoying for a quiet sleep because of cars passing by, but otherwise a very lovely stay.
