The place sits perfectly next to the Downs, is beautifully decorated, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing!

The location is convenient, close to the Downs and within walking distance to Clifton Village. The communal eating areas on the ground floor are nicely laid out and comfortable, and I found nothing to complain about.
