The price was a great deal – the beds and pillows were comfortable, the AC was already on when we checked in so the room stayed cool, there were plenty of clean towels in the bathroom, and the rooms were sound‑proof, so we slept soundly. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Beaumont.

The location was spot on.

The bathroom was dirty, with grime and nasty stuff around the tub; the hand lotion and soap bottles were stuck in the wall. There was no hot water, the tub had black scum, and the water pressure was weak. The bathroom door was off‑track and my husband had to fix it, and the TV didn’t display the correct time for programming. It clearly needs repair and cleaning.

Everything was great.

The location and cleanliness were fine, but there was no hot water and no phone in the room to call the front desk.
