The staff was helpful, but that's where it ends. The apartments are in desperate need of renovation and I wouldn't recommend it to foreigners. I ended up moving to a hotel down the street the next day, no refund offered.

The location was easy to get to, but that's about all I can say. Not much else to write about, to be honest.

I was super disappointed with the apartment's condition - it was dirty everywhere, with cockroaches in the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. The balcony door was broken, and it smelled like smoke inside, despite it being a non-smoking room. Nothing about it was okay, kondisi apartment nya sangat mengecewakan.

This place is a total disaster. The balcony door wouldn't lock, the sofa was dirty and torn, and the air conditioning was leaking all over the bed. When we asked to switch rooms, the reception said they were all booked and we could only move the next day - but they didn't even bother to tell us anything. We ended up checking out early, and the staff didn't even seem to care.
