The service overall was fine, but in the last two days the room wasn’t cleaned as well, and they stopped providing coffee cups or bath salts.

We had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. The breakfast was actually really good, but we had a hard time getting our family rooms together, and it seemed like no one wanted to help us fix that. The shuttle service was a disaster - they charged us the full amount even though our flight was delayed, and the staff were super rude about it. The hotel itself was kinda run down, the pools were cold and looked like they needed some TLC, and the kids' area was basically a letdown.
