Breakfast was outstanding, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, yet the room was tiny and the mattresses were soft and sagging.

The food was delicious, the garden lovely, and overall the stay was successful, but the jacuzzi was small and the pool was so cramped that swimming was impossible.

The hotel sits a stone’s throw from beautiful forests, offers stunning views and a lovely outdoor area with seating, and everything outside is superb. The forest hot tub was an extra charge, many jets didn’t work, and the forest sauna only reached 70 °C, which was still better than the indoor wellness that we never used because the whirlpool was broken, half the water from the tub spilled onto the floor, the sauna was only 39 °C, the radio didn’t work, and the whole thing felt broken; the pool was useless. The biggest disappointment was the room: it was terribly small for four people, only had beds and one tiny wardrobe, the bathroom was miniature, there was nowhere to hang towels and bathrobes except for three hooks in the bathroom that were an extra charge and both were worn, filthy, and crazily scratched. In the room you couldn’t move, and throughout the stay flies swarmed, and a beehive was outside the window, making daytime ventilation impossible. The furnishings were old, the bathroom tap looked like it was from Pata and Mata, the toilet was as low as in a kindergarten. No receptionist understood even a little Czech, which was a first for us. It was the worst stay we’ve had in Poland. Also, the waiters at the restaurant didn’t notice we had nothing to drink until half an hour later; there were eight of them and apart from the party in the breakfast room, there seemed to be no one else, so the next day we didn’t go there and I ordered pizza to the room instead, and they called when it was cold. My friends and I agreed we wouldn’t go back more than once; it was a rough disappointment. Otherwise the restaurant was nice, breakfast was fine with a large selection, but the dining room was cold. The reception had only a friendly young man, and the breakfast had a smiling blonde. Only a young waiter with earrings was at the bar.

“Bardzo fajne miejsce”

The restaurant is worth recommending, though the rooms could be larger; the sauna opens onto the pool.
