We were thoroughly disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We booked for three nights, but our experience lasted only 30 minutes. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that our room was still being cleaned, which was not mentioned by the hotel staff. The room itself was horrible and uncomfortable, and we quickly decided to book another hotel and check out before 10 pm.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, but the noise from the nearby bars and clubs kept me awake till the early hours. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late and they told me that my booking wasn't in their system. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was comfy. On the downside, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow and the breakfast spread was limited, but overall it was a decent value for the price.

“Kiábrándító és felháborító, hogy így hirdetnek szállást!”

The hotel's pictures didn't do it justice - what I found was a place with a strong cigarette smell and a general air of grime. The bathroom was a mess, and the air conditioning was blowing out stinky air. To make matters worse, the neighbors were yelling at each other all night. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

“Decent hotel but can be better”

We had high hopes for this hotel, thanks to its great location near KLCC. The proximity to food options and a 7-eleven right next door was a definite plus. However, our experience was marred by a series of mishaps, including being given a smaller room with no window on the first night, and then having to wait over an hour for towels on the second day. It was frustrating, especially since we were looking forward to a comfortable stay.

“bad”

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by the unfriendly and rude staff. We encountered a few issues during our stay, but the poor service from the staff made it even more frustrating. It's a shame, because we were hoping for a pleasant experience.
