“Perfect location to explore whilst being in the centre of Banff, great place.”

Our family of four found the room to be great, with clever storage and very comfortable beds. The plunge pool, sauna, and jacuzzi area were perfect after a long day. The location was amazing, right in the centre and very easy to get around, and parking was available too. Breakfast was fabulous, with lots of choice, very efficient service, and an on‑site coffee shop that was also amazing. The staff were all wonderful; I had to contact the hotel a few times before our visit and they were so accommodating. On arrival everyone was helpful and friendly. The only thing missing was an on‑site bar.

“Disappointing”

The spot is solid and the room left plenty of room to move around. The staff, however, were downright rude from the moment we walked in, giving us a look of disdain that made us feel unwelcome. When we tried to buy a candle from the shop as a gift, the reception staff were even angrier than usual. The sauna stayed closed throughout our stay, and breakfast was just average—nothing that would make a big impression.

“Séjour de rêve !!!”

The room was very beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was incredible. The staff are truly friendly.

“Wonderful!”

Everything went smoothly during our stay. We appreciated the underground parking and the VERY efficient "breakfast room" concept! Our room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. The cleaning staff were friendly, greeting us with smiles!

I liked the room and view. I didn’t like the insects I saw, and definitely didn’t like the hair I found on my robe; it was very unhygienic.
