“MI EXPERIENCIA”

What I liked was the location, practically in the center of town, and the parking. The room itself was very basic and austere, though it was at least large enough for where I stayed. When I arrived, they were slow to open my room because my arrival hadn’t been confirmed even though the room was already paid for; there were no lights on, only a guard was present, and since the hotel was already closed we couldn’t go out to find dinner because the guard told us he was going to sleep and that no one would open the door for us when we returned. We were handed dirty towels, although the morning staff apologized for that situation!

“Desde la recepción muy mala imagen!!!”

Nothing! The shower was very bad, the room felt very enclosed, we only had three towels for four people and when we asked for more there were none.

The location was good, the rooms were spacious. The headboards made a lot of noise, and the sound of people heading to the parking lot was annoying.

The shower didn’t work, the coffee machine was broken, and the bathroom had no ventilation.

This is the only hotel with parking, and I’d recommend it because it’s public and right in front of the main square. However, a lot of people come and go all the time because of the public restrooms and parking, some areas are outdoors so there’s a lot of dust, the cleaning supplies look like those of a budget hotel, and the price‑quality ratio is that of a very ordinary place. The single room feels cramped, but the double room is wider.
