“Horrible”
We never received direct service. When we arrived, no one attended to us, so we had to find another hotel. The customer service was lacking.
The room was clean and quiet at night, with AC and a fridge. However, there was no hot water for the last two days.

The courtyard is lovely and the bed is quite comfortable; I was surprised to find a fridge in the room. The room had holes in the walls and a silicone doll glued to the ceiling, with visible marks of attempts to remove it. The area feels a bit scary at night, but overall everything was fine. The price was perfect for the location and amenities in Rome—I couldn’t ask for more.

The place was great—excellent location, the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home, and I slept like a baby. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you! I’ll be recommending it to others.
