“Cosy room in a great location, but parking information needs to be corrected”
The hotel sits in a very convenient central spot, and our room was lovely and cosy – spacious with a good‑sized bedroom and bathroom, very clean, and had large windows. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of water in the room each day. Unfortunately, parking was a major issue. The listing said parking was available/included, which was a key reason for choosing this hotel since we were traveling by car, but there was actually no hotel parking area; we had to find and pay for parking ourselves for all three days. This misleading information should be corrected immediately for guests who need parking. I asked for a refund of the parking costs, but the reception’s reply was dismissive: “I cannot magically create a car park now.” While I understand the receptionist couldn’t change the situation, the response felt unprofessional; a better reply would have acknowledged the incorrect information and offered assistance with the refund.
