Eva is an extraordinary person: present, available, involves you in what she does, friendly… truly a perfect hostess. She arranged two rooms instead of one, giving us more comfort. The place looks just like the photos, a spot to relax after all the chaos of Marrakesh. Breakfast is truly abundant and all the staff are extremely kind and took care of me when I was sick (damned fever). The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the main square, and they also serve food if you feel like it. Eva was also available to help us with our luggage days after we had already left the property: superlative! Simply perfect and I have seen many riads in Marrakesh! Thank you so much Eva <3 The only thing is that the rooms don’t have much light due to the few windows.

Aida was a perfect host, friendly and kind. She helped us find something in a pharmacy for a friend and taught us how to make tea. The property had ongoing work that will soon be finished.

That owner is honest—they have to take your money and then lie if you see the photo; the hotel has no cleaning and the owner behaves badly, which I don’t like… and they also charge more for Council tax. This hotel just stops behaving well; the location is good but I don’t like that everyone chooses this hotel because the owner is never honest.

“Una estancia inmejorable y un trato de 10 gracias a Souleymane”

Our stay exceeded all our expectations and made our time in Marrakech very pleasant and special. Much of the fantastic experience is thanks to Souleymane: a charming host, super attentive and helpful at all times. From the first minute he showed us incredible hospitality. We arrived in the city at dawn and he had no trouble waiting for us to greet us with the best attitude, calmly explaining all the guidelines and instructions to move around the area. He also made it very easy for us by allowing us to pay the municipal fees the next day, giving us time to go first to the center to change our money to dirhams. To top it off, today he came to pick us up very early to go on a desert excursion. Even though it was before his official time, Souleymane did us the great favor of waking up early and preparing breakfast so we could start the route energized. A highly recommended accommodation with human attention that makes a difference. Thank you so much for everything, Souleymane!
