The front‑desk team was friendly, but I had no water at first because the place was under renovation or fixing things, and there should have been a sign.
The location is good and the price is reasonable, but the carpet needs to be cleaned.

The housekeepers are very, very lazy; on my second stay I couldn’t get any service for my room.

The staff and front‑desk workers were very nice and the location was pretty convenient for what I needed, but my room had a strong mildew smell and most of the floor/carpet was soaking wet; the chairs were unclean with what looked like vomit on one of them. The overall hotel wasn’t as bad as my room, but the only functioning elevator felt sketchy and dirty. On top of the water in the main part of the room, the bathroom would occasionally have water all over the floor—maybe from the toilet or bathtub. I don’t think the price I paid was fair for those room conditions.
