The staff here were completely unhelpful, which was a real letdown considering the hotel's otherwise great location. The room was clean and comfortable, but the service was a major issue. I was expecting more from the staff, especially given the hotel's prices. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag.

I was really disappointed with the service at this hotel - it was some of the worst I've ever experienced. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, which made my stay pretty frustrating. On the plus side, the room was nice and the location was great. But the service was a major problem.
