Because our flights were early, we were able to check in early on two occasions, and the rooms were kept very clean each day. The hotel staff patiently answered all questions. A large shopping mall is right across the street, which is very convenient. The corridor ventilation was a bit poor, and occasionally there was a smoky smell in some corners (mainly from other guests).

It was comfortable. There was nothing missing.

Very modern and clean. Close to plenty of places to eat. Staff friendly. Only two elevators means a bit of a wait during peak times but otherwise ok

I stayed at the hotel for a business trip, picking it because it was near the metro station and also close to Hunchao Airport. Breakfast was decent, and they offer disposable dishes if you want to take them home. However, despite the hotel’s strict no‑smoking policy, a strong tobacco smell hit me as soon as I entered the room. I was on the 13th floor, the renovation looked worn out, the curtains were dirty and spotted, yet the sheets and towels were clean and changed daily.

The rooms were clean, the staff were helpful, and the breakfasts were good. Some rooms have windows positioned higher than the middle of the wall, closer to the ceiling; if you’re given such a room, you can ask for a change. It wasn’t a deal‑breaker for everyone, but it was uncomfortable for me, so I requested a different room and the receptionist was very accommodating and swapped it for me without any hassle. Thanks to him.
