The staff were courteous, the room was clean and welcoming in a neo‑classic style. The location is great, right next to the Palazzo della Pilotta.
Breakfast could have been more varied; the coffee machine was weak, but when we asked for espresso the staff made it. The espresso quality could match Italian standards. Getting into the underground garage was a real challenge, practically no room to maneuver. If you go wrong, unpleasant surprises may wait.

The location and staff are very friendly. The bed was hard, the pillow too soft. Powdered coffee for a 4‑star? The air‑conditioning didn’t work; it was 36 °C and we had no control. The reception decided the temperature, so we sweated all night. The buffet was not great. It’s better to stay in the city on a small street; it costs the same but is better.
