The views were amazing, the staff service was good, and the flowers were lovely, but the property is a bit far from the centre.

The views were the best and the hospitality was truly the best we’ve ever experienced :) I misplaced my glasses at the hotel and they sent them to my next hotel in South Beach without charging me! Thank you so much for the great experience. The hotel also offers a nice view and respite.

We rarely see a manager as honest as the one here; when our room had a serious water issue, he simply refunded us. The hotel is stunning, we just had a bad night. The restaurant manager was absolutely adorable. It was a shame that the front desk lady didn’t match the rest of the team; she was really not very pleasant.

The rooms were immaculate, spacious and luxurious. Stunning views in every direction. We were a family of four staying for two nights. The pool was great, the food fantastic, and the service and staff couldn’t have been better—thank you. Nothing to add.
