The breakfast was good. A deafening alarm went off across the entire wing. You have to walk a long way from your room to the breakfast hall. It feels impersonal and crowded.

The hotel is very quiet, well arranged, and the spa is included if you opt for it. The restaurant is excellent and the staff are attentive. The cleanliness and some equipment need to be reviewed.

There was no room‑service. No explanation of how the electricity and A/C work. The heating was broken, and there were moulds in the shower.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot with a nice park nearby, but the price for a dog was 35€ a night, far above the norm. The pillows were terrible, the front door wouldn’t close properly, and parking was a long walk away. Inside, mold was present and there was constant creaking that felt like someone was trying to break in. The air conditioning cycled on and off all the time, making the stay very disappointing for what we paid.
