The location is very accessible. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The service is excellent.

The spot is great, and I appreciated that the sheets were washed in the laundry. However, there was no sign to identify the place and the bathroom was not clean.

It’s fairly cheap and the balcony offers a decent view of the street. The host didn’t communicate—no address, no directions, and never met me, so I never saw them. The place was filthy, bugs were everywhere on the bed, and there was no soap in the shower. After staying in dozens of spots, this was by far the worst in terms of service and room quality.
