Ellie and Mick were amazing hosts, so helpful and friendly, and their dog Bobby was great. The room was wonderful, modern and comfortable, with lots of little extras. Breakfast choices were excellent and the cooked breakfast was outstanding. You’d have a hard time finding a better B&B. The only downside was having to leave.

On‑site parking was available. The room had plenty of storage space, the bed was very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee were in the room, along with chocolate biscuits. Toiletries were included, and there was plenty of hot water. The shower was fabulous. The Smart TV worked well and Wi‑Fi was reliable. The property was really fabulous. The small dining area had a fridge with milk and water.

The room was spotless, breakfast was beautiful, and the hosts were so lovely. I would highly recommend. Nothing else; it was all first‑class and I couldn’t fault anything.

We stayed only one night, but if we had more time we would have extended our visit. Ellie and Mick are a lovely couple who clearly enjoy running their B&B. The quiet setting gave us a good night's sleep, followed by a superb cooked breakfast. Little thoughtful touches like the fudge gift and individual toiletries made Falconwood extra special. Ten out of ten for everything. Nothing negative; everything was perfect.
