The breakfast and location were perfect; we were satisfied. At check‑out we waited 20 minutes in line at the front desk, where they were still sorting out matters that should have been handled when we arrived.

The food was great and the staff were really friendly. But the wooden railings by the pool are rotting from the water – not a great look. Overall, tasty meals but the pool area needs some fixing.

The location is spot on – a stone’s throw from the castle, Kozí Hrádek, and the hill, plus a big parking lot for car trips. The restaurant has a nice view and the food is good, and we got an early check‑in even though we arrived at 3 pm. Still, there was no air‑conditioning in the room or the dining area, and it was 40 °C during the day and 25 °C at night. We couldn’t use the wellness unless we booked directly with the hotel, and the kids policy only lets children up to 14 years in.

Breakfast was decent, but the AC in the room was loud and couldn’t be turned down. When I opened the window it blew out, but the room was above the restaurant so the noise from the AC or the dining area kept me awake.
