“Served the purpose”

The staff were very friendly and the location was convenient. The freezer part of the mini‑fridge was covered in frost, making it almost unusable and in desperate need of defrosting. The toilet paper dispenser was on the wall opposite the toilet and was awkward to reach. I’d prefer waffle irons over the pancake machine (at least remove the view window, because the dropped batter looks like poop).

The location was fine, but the bed was in bad need of replacement.

There was no microwave in the room and they didn’t change the bedding. 😔

“All in all for the cost, the motel was clean and most of the staff very pleasant.”

Most of the staff were very friendly, but the front desk attendant at check‑in got annoyed, complained about booking services, and seemed to dislike the situation, becoming a bit rude to everyone after a phone call; the place was generally clean and the rooms were tidy, yet our rooms weren't ready at the advertised 2:00 pm check‑in, forcing us to wait while staff inspected rooms upstairs, which disrupted our schedule and caused us to be late for an event.

“The bed was very outdated, and a disturbance outside of my room left me feeling very unsafe”

As a gluten‑free traveler, I found the breakfast options very restrictive, limited to just an apple, banana, or yogurt; adding eggs, bacon, or potatoes would have made it suitable for my dietary needs.
