The staff were all absolutely exceptional.
The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly spacious.
I was struck by the warmth and hospitality of the entire team.
We were within walking distance to the beach, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, as well as the Venetian harbour and old town.

“If I return to rethymno I return to the white swan definitely!”
The staff were all equally amazing and kind, very pleasant and welcoming; the room was classy and the rooftop chill area was so peaceful that the times we spent up there were priceless.

Every day the room was cleaned again and we received fresh towels; it had everything we needed, and there was nothing else to mention.

The family‑run hotel was very welcoming; everyone tried hard to make our stay great, gave excellent tips, free guest gifts, and was always reachable. The room was beautiful, bright, and featured a huge balcony. Unfortunately, because the hotel sits on a quiet side street, the view is not very nice, which would have been nice.
