When we arrived, we waited 2 hours for the room to be ready, which was not good. The cleaning was worse and the staff behaved poorly. There was too much noise all night; the receptionist was watching a movie while I was listening in the room. I asked him to lower the volume but he did not respect me. The sleeping mattress was very dirty, the towel was also very dirty, and there were no slippers inside the toilet. Above all, there was fungus on the room ceiling and I was allergic, so I did not sleep. I wore my mask all night to protect myself from the fungus. Very very disappointed. Read above text
