This hotel's central location, situated near major streets and the interstate, made it an ideal choice for me.
The staff were clearly focused on providing great service, and it showed in their interactions with me.
I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and comfort, as well as the friendly and accommodating staff.

The place was comfortable and the staff were friendly.
“Disappointment”
The management shows no interest in customers at all—no phone answers, no callbacks, no email replies.
“Clean, comfortable and quiet”
I consulted ChatGPT for a clean, quiet hotel for an overnight stop between Memphis and Little Rock, and it recommended this Holiday Inn, which proved correct. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet—exactly what we needed after driving over 800 miles that day.
The room and bed were spotless and comfy, and the breakfast was fantastic. Nothing to complain about.
“Overall, the hotel was fine, outside of the room that was booked online being unavailable”
Hotel was fine - rooms booked were not what was provided when we reached the hotel. In this case we asked for a room with two double beds for 3 young men. The room came with 1 bed which meant that one young man had to sleep on the floor. some patrons at the hotel had a little too much to drink and were harassing patrons in the parking lot and inside the hotel
