Cleanliness, a comfortable room, and convenient location. The staff attitude is zero, there’s no soundproofing (if you want to rest, this isn’t the place), and the price‑service ratio is poor. The food is tasty but doesn’t match the menu.

The accommodation is on the same property as the colibri. The room for three was spacious enough, hot water was always available, which is great for trips. The price‑comfort ratio is quite pleasant. The room had a fridge, kettle, slippers, and shower supplies. Pet‑friendly—our dog loved your property, and we’re very grateful for the hospitality 🤗. The only issues are slightly outdated bedding and towels, and there’s mold in the bathroom that could be prevented by checking the ceiling.

Розташування, доброзичливий персонал, кухня. На першому поверсі чутно сусідів другого поверху, з ранку не поспати якщо хотів відпочити

The staff were very polite, the prices and taste of the restaurant food were good, and the hotel provides shampoo and shower gel. The room is dark, with almost no natural light and poor artificial lighting. The sound insulation is awful—you hear every step from the upstairs neighbors and the floorboards creak. You can’t always do laundry; it depends on whether the “luxury” room is occupied. Small household items are missing too, like a shoe spoon and a trash bin in the room.
