Two types of coffee machines in the room, I checked in early at 12:00 without any hassle, the location in Fez is excellent, the breakfast buffet is full with eggs, yogurt, breads, coffee, milk, salad, ample parking, the front desk offers tea and typical Moroccan biscuits at check‑in, Wi‑Fi is average, staff are attentive. The downside is the restaurant in the middle of the building, right among the rooms, and you can hear music and people chatting from your room.

“Beautiful place, nice vibe”

Close to the city center, there’s a parking lot, the décor is nice and tasteful, it’s clean and the bed is comfortable, staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. The shower had issues with water pressure and temperature control; the pressure would suddenly drop to zero and then gradually rise again.

Everyone was so friendly and welcomed us warmly. The room was very nice and spacious. It was clean and had everything you needed.

The location is perfect, right on the edge of the medina, convenient for parking and walking straight into the medina, saving the trouble of moving luggage inside the medina. The staff are very friendly and proactively offer various service information. The overall design and facilities of the hotel meet modern living needs while also reflecting strong Moroccan traditional style, balancing both well. The hotel restaurant serves good food and there are special spa services, all very good value. I wish they offered a twin‑bed room option.
